Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of rivasilvers.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Riva Silvers ("Riva", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you accept these terms.

1. About us

Riva Silvers is a brand operated under REAL STONE™, our registered trademark in the jewellery category. We retail 925 sterling silver jewellery online in India. Our registered office and GST details are available on request via contact@rivasilver.net.

REAL STONE™ is a registered trademark. Any unauthorised use of the mark, the name, or look-alike trade dress is prohibited under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and will be acted upon.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order with Riva Silvers.

3. Products & pricing

• All pieces are made of 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver). Weight, finish, and stone colour may vary slightly between pieces — this is part of handcrafted character, not a defect.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of GST, and may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it.
• We use dynamic pricing — prices may move with stock levels, demand, and ongoing campaigns. We do our best to keep them fair and clearly marked.
• We may correct typos in price or description before shipping. If a correction materially affects you, we will email you to confirm or cancel.

4. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we send the dispatch confirmation. Until then, we may decline or partially fulfil an order — for example if a piece is sold out or flagged for fraud.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by our gateway partner. You authorise Riva and the gateway to charge your selected payment method. We do not store card numbers or CVV on our servers.

6. Shipping, returns & exchanges

7. Riva Points (loyalty programme)

• Points are issued automatically on eligible orders.
• 1 Riva Point = ₹1 at checkout. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points are non-transferable between accounts.
• Points expire 12 months from issue, or earlier if the account is closed.
• Points earned on a returned order are reversed; points redeemed are credited back.
• Riva may amend the programme rules with reasonable notice.

8. Gift cards

• Riva Gift Cards are issued digitally and can be redeemed on rivasilvers.com.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• Validity: 12 months from purchase, unless extended at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including designs, photographs, product names, the Riva Silvers logo, and copy — is owned by Riva or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell, or use any of it commercially without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it in bulk, or use it to commit fraud. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in chargeback abuse.

11. Disclaimers

Skin sensitivity reactions are rare with 925 silver but possible. If you are aware of a metal allergy, please test the piece against a small area of skin first. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

12. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase is the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. Changes

We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date shown in the sidebar reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
