Returns & Exchanges

We want every gift from Riva Silvers to feel right. If something is off, you have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange your purchase — no awkward questions.

1. Eligibility

  • Return window: 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • The item must be unworn, in original condition, with the Riva Silvers box, authenticity certificate, and all original tags.
  • Gift cards, customised pieces (engraved or made-to-order), and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons — but customised pieces are eligible for a one-time resize/repair within 7 days.

2. How to start a return

  1. Go to My Account → Orders and pick the order.
  2. Click "Return / Exchange" and select your reason.
  3. Our team confirms eligibility within one business day.
  4. We schedule a free reverse pickup at your delivery address. If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, we will share a prepaid shipping label.

3. Quality check

Once the returned piece reaches us, our QC team inspects it within 2 business days. We will email you the outcome. Items found used, damaged, or with missing components may be sent back to you, with a brief explanation.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • UPI / cards / netbanking: 3–5 business days after QC clearance.
  • Cash-on-delivery: refunded to a bank account you share with us, within 5–7 business days.
  • Riva Points redeemed on the order are credited back to your account.
  • Riva Points earned on the order are reversed.

5. Exchanges

Prefer a different size, design, or want to swap for a fresh piece? Choose "Exchange" instead of "Return." We hold your refund as store credit (1:1, no fees), and you can use it on any new order. Store credit is valid for 12 months.

6. Lifetime exchange on 925 silver

Beyond the 7-day window, every Riva Silvers 925 piece is covered by our lifetime exchange — bring it back any time at 60% of its original purchase value (adjusted against a new purchase of equal or higher value).

7. Damaged or wrong item received

Email contact@rivasilver.net within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace it and pick up the original at no cost to you.
