Shipping Policy

At Riva Silvers, every order is handled with care — gift-wrapped, tracked, and delivered to your door. Here is what to expect when you place an order with us.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship across India. International shipping will be introduced in phases — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.

2. Shipping charges

Free shipping on every order, with no minimum value, anywhere in India.
No hidden handling, packaging, or gift-wrap fees.
All prices are inclusive of GST and displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).

3. Order processing time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a business day are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next business day.
Custom engraving and personalised pieces may take an additional 2–3 business days.

4. Delivery timelines

Metro cities: 2–4 business days from dispatch.
Tier-2 cities and towns: 4–7 business days from dispatch.
Remote pincodes: 7–10 business days from dispatch.

Timelines are indicative and may be affected by weather, courier load, or events outside our control. We will keep you posted by email and SMS at every step.

5. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and AWB number. You can also view live status from My Account → Orders.

6. Packaging

Every Riva Silvers piece arrives in our signature gift box, with the authenticity certificate, a polishing cloth, and a handwritten note slot — no extra charge, no separate request needed. If you'd like the invoice excluded (for a gift), leave a note at checkout.

7. Failed delivery & RTO

If a delivery attempt fails three times or the parcel is refused at the door, the order is returned to us. Once received, we will email you to choose between a re-shipment or a full refund (less any verifiable courier fees, which we usually waive as a one-time courtesy).
